Hi Beemers,

does any one know how to improve throttle cable control keeping original parts,
because throttle grip never comes back like on modern bikes.

Any tips welcome.

Does any one have experience in removing cylinder head of an R 26.
Is it necessary to take out engine from the frame or it could be done in the frame ?

are you using fuel additif to replace lead,
as old engines have bean running on leaded fuel.

do some one know how to get out the situated in the head lamp of my R26.
This plate has No 61 32 8 048 173 Noris or Bosch.

Main Stand (ständer) R26
Hi BMW Drivers,
I am restoring an R26 and for me it is impossible to put the bike on main stand !!
Even with some it is difficult.
Have you hade this problem ? Or is the stand bending with the age (R26 from 1956).
