You can buy the strips from Ideal: http://www.ideal-seitenwagen.de/English/Seitenwagen_e.htm You have to learn how to navigate the site to get to the parts lists and the exploded pictures. You want these items (the 6 and 7 are the item numbers in the pictures): 6 S500z6 trimming, 2 m, polished alumi...

Re: R75/5 fork leak from top cap
Perhaps your fork is overfilled. The initial filling after a rebuild is 280cc, but after draining, refill with only 265cc because 15cc of oil remains inside, most in the cast threaded cup that forms the bottom of the leg, and some on the long coil spring.

Re: Contact Switch Box/plate R26
It is retained by four metal tabs that are part of the headlight shell. Insert a fine screwdriver under each tab only enough so you can use a curved needle nose pliers on the tab to bend it some more release the plate or board. Be very careful and do not bend the tabs any more than necessary. The ta...

Re: R27 voltage regulator RS/ZBS

Re: Additif for Fuel
Lead was used in old gas primarily to increase octane. The lead also had some benefit in cushioning the impact of the valves on their seats. However this same lead accumulated as deposits in the combustion chamber and on the spark plugs, which was not desirable. Unleaded gas has worked well in our o...
