hello all,
after three years, i've been having the darndest time finding parts for my '31 R11; gee, big surprise, they don't seem to exist!
at the moment i've been looking for mufflers-complete w/ baffles: any ideas? also a speedo and cable (tachowelle). and finally, the sidecar mount that goes on the rear wheel hub-bet none of us have ever seen one of those!
thanks,
-barry

Re: R11 parts help
rolf-
thanks for the suggestion, but j. kast doesn't want to talk to anyone who doesn't speak german well. the mufflers he sent were supposed to be complete, but are just hollow raw metal-no baffles or holes. same with the pipes. any ideas?

Re: R11 parts help
Hallo,
I am a little bit astonished, all I know is that Kast is very honor, if it was only "raw-metal" he normally declares it as "raw-metal".....
But who knows, I am not in the pre-war scene (not yet, my R4 was a project in 2004/2005)
Here another adress, for R12, but mostly each pre-war owner knows many others.
