Headlight circuit board

Mark,
I had to remove the circuit board on the headlight. What's the best way to bend the tabs back in their original position without damaging the shell or the board. I found it pretty difficult not damaging the wires when I removed it.

I recently watched an expert re-install the ignition switch and circuit board in my repainted headlight shell. He had done it many times. He just used a short screwdriver to bend the tabs.
