R 51/3 carburator type

I`d like to know whether R 51/3 has two types of carburators?

I know the original is 22 mm but all the bikes I have seen have 24 mm.

The Mobile Tradition Book says there were two types, BOTH 22mm from 1951 to 1954.

original was 1/22/41-42 and 1/22/61-62, the 24 was for R 50/60 (or R 67 - /3).
