R50 Sport Fender-Thanks!

I just received the R50 Sport Fender which I had ordered from you. The online process was efficient and delivery was certainly quicker than I had hoped for. The fender itself is absolutley gorgeous! It's an interesting optional piece not usually seen in the US. The paint and the hand striping are marvelous.

A question: Is the piece clear coated? I would like to know in case I should need to remove scratches in the future.

Thanks for the kind words. These sports fenders for the R50 are no longer manufactured by BMW but we still have quite some stock of them. They are not clear coated, though for my own machines and for those consciencious customers, I would suggest that you clear coat it and add an under body protection paint to absorb the stone throws and sand blasting that it would normally get on the road.
