Heisser Auspuff

Hallo,

habe Probleme mit meiner R5, der linke Zylinder(Auspuff )ist wesentlich heisser als der Rechte??? Ventile sind korrekt eingestellt, Timing der Nockenwellen ueberprueft, ist OK - nun nun????

How are you making the temperature comparison?

What do the spark plugs tell you? Are they both the same color?

My R6 had a similar problem once. The problem was a bad spark plug. It would spark at idle, but it would not work well at high speed.. The plug I replaced it with was also bad, which made trouble shooting difficult. I finally started swapping wires and plugs from side to side. When I swapped the plugs, the problem followed.

I noticed the problem because after a short rest, you could touch one cylinder head, but the other one would still be too hot to touch.

Thanks, was not the sparking plug or cable - the timing is wrong on the bike, I have to replace the cams (
