The testing method is also important. Some say that a maximum of 3 kicks some say 4. But given 20 kicks a worn out engine will reach it's maxiumum presure. It is important to allwys use the same 3 or 4 kicks.

Also the first kick should read at least 1/2 of the final reading. If you get 70psi after 4 kicks you should see at least 35 on the first.

I read 70 in first kick, then after 4 its 80 in one side 90 in other.

70 on the first kick is excellent. I don't think your problem is engine condition.

You said that timming is right on. Did you check that it is advancing to F mark as well? If you can reach 135k I would think it is OK as well.

My Bing handbook shows that the R51/3s have the slide needle clip in the 1 or top position. This is the leanest midrange setting. If you are at sealevel this may be too lean. Try moving up one position and see how things work.
