R25/3 FORK OIL

Can anyone tell me what type of oil i can use in my R25/3 front forks, also how much in each.

Why not 7.5W BMW Fork oil, or equivalent from other fork oil brands such as Bel-Ray, Spectro, etc?
That is what all the 1968-on BMW telescopic forks use, so I would think your forks use the same oil.
