Also, since I am relacing the wheels for sidecar riding should I get the 4 mm. If so do I need to change the spoke plates. The old spokes I have are 3.5 mm.

BMW upgraded all the swinger models R26 thru R69S including R25/3 to M4 spokes and nipples. Rims and old spoke plates remain the same. We no longer sell the M3,5mm spoke for these models.

No, sorry, but the nipples are extra. Nipples are eith brass or steel nickel plated. Stainless nipples are nicer, but we don't carry them as they are too expensive.
