Chain wheel, camshaft - tuning type for R25/3

I have seen a part for R25/3 the description is; Chain wheel, camshaft "Tuning" R24-26.
Anyone knows how does it work? Can I get a more power?

This is the camshaft sprocket and is a tied to #19 via a chain. These two sprockets are designed to work together and I don't believe you can change to a bigger or smaller one. The catalog offers a used and a new one. I can't interpret what "tuning" is in German. Maybe it means it's lightweight??
