Hi all,
This may sound very strange, but I have to ask.
What would happen if I put R60/2 piston in R69S cylinder?
Mere low compression or something worse?
Thanks,
Aki
/2 piston for R69S?
Re: /2 piston for R69S?
Aki,
If you meet the tollerances, on the downside you will end up having less power as the compression ratio will go down and on the upside you will be able to run on lower octane rating. If you are looking for used standard pistons (75 mm) and rings including wrist pins and circlips, drop me an e-mail as I have to go to a first oversize on my R69S.

Aki,
Read 71.92 mm in lieu of 75 mm in my previous posting. I was at the office and thinking of something else.
