Aluminium Single BMW's «Bearing cover» ?

Among my box of post war single BMW bits and pieces I've got a «Bearing cover» («Lager deckel» n° 11 11 0002104) that's in aluminium.
But all engines that I've opened have machined cast iron «Bearing cover».
Any body knows which BMW single model the aluminium «Bearing cover» goes with ?

Thanks for any help ?

Hi again Damien.
The part number is 11 11 0 002 102, and it is from the R25. 11 11 0 002 104 is made from cast iron from the R25/2 onwards.

Thanks Mark !

I'm surprised, I'll thought that BMW improved cast iron «Bearing cover» to aluminium ones. but it's the other way arround that hapen.
Aluminium «Bearing cover» might have been not rigid enough, and too easely getting out of shape.

Thanks again,
Sincerly yours,
