Hi Pablo,
Recently I got two unused bench seats that were stored for some 35 years or so. One of them only lasted a few weeks as the large rubber thing cracked. The other one has the much more durable spring system underneath and is still in perfect shape.
The rubber piece is not available as a sparepart.

I don't know the right item for this but I have had very good results with pieces of old conveyor belt.The stuf is indestructable and can be cut and pop riveted in place
