AVON

No Michele, but I use an Avon SM Mk II (4.00 x 18 as no 3.50 x 18 is available) on the rear and a Metzeler ME 33 Laser 90/90 18 on the front. A strange combination I admit, but they work a treat.

I'm not too concerned how my R50 looks, I'm more concerned with safety and road performance. I expect about 12,000 miles from the front and 6,000 miles from the rear tyre with pressures at 24 psi front, 28 psi rear.

18 inch tyres are becoming a bit scarce, so you have to use the best available.
