Matching R90 cylinder/heads to R75/5

I would like to know if the cylinders and heads
from a R90 can work on an R75/5.
Also if they can be put on an R60/5.
Taking into consideration that one would
use the proper carbs that were used on the
R90. Thankyou, Mike.
