Wixom Fairing Windscreen

I have a handlebar fairing for my 1965 r50/2. It comes to me without a windscreen. Are they sold? Is there a tracing that could be used to make one from plexiglass? Is that even a good idea? Also it seems to be missing the third mounting bracket that should go on the bottom. If anyone has a picture of the missing bracket I could fabricate on for myself. Thanks to all.

It is not a good idea to cut a windshield from plexiglass. It will be flat, thin, crude and probably shatter when drilled. Proper windshields are made from acrylic, and are thick, pre-curved, and are either pre-drilled or will drill better than plexiglass.

For a proper windshield, go to this site and search for Wixom:

The lower mount is just a flat bar that goes from the bottom of the damper to the bottom of the fairing. You can make one out of flat aluminum stock from a hardware store.
