Seit kurzer Zeit "klebt" die Kupplung meiner R50 nach dem Einlegen des ersten Ganges im Standgas. Erhöhe ich die Tourenzahl, löst die Kupplung (manchmal). Kann es sein, dass eine verzogene Druckplatte der Ursprung des Übels ist oder was könnte als Ursache noch in Frage kommen? Herzlichen Dank für Euren Rat!

Ich wuerde zunaechst ueberpruefen, ob die Kupplung richtig eingestellt ist (Einstellschraube am Ausrueckhebel unten am Getriebegehaeuse und Feinjustierung am Kupplungsgriff)

Besten Dank für deinen Tipp, aber die Einstellung des Kupplungsspiels habe ich bereits vorgenommen. Das Spiel stimmt, die Kupplung wird ordnungsgemäss ausgerückt. Ebenso habe ich überprüft, ob die Kurbelwelle eventuell zuviel Axialspiel aufweist (erkennbar beim Betätigen der Kupplung und gleichzeitigem Blick durch das Schauloch auf die Schwungscheibe, wenn sich diese in Längsrichtung hin und her bewegt). Meine Vermutung scheint sich doch zu bestätigen: Kupplungsdruckplatte verzogen!?

Gentlemen,

I bought a R50 last februar. The bike was in a very reasonable condition but the clutch often did not liberate the connection between motor and gearbox.
I dismanteled the clutch and noticed :
1) Friction layers of the friction disk not anymore properly clamped by the rivets on the disk.
2) Lots of friction material captured within the clutch assembly.
3) Pressure ring (not pressure plate !) buckeled.
It was Mark Hugget who advised me to verify point 3.

I bought and mounted a new friction plate (9 mm), a new pressure ring. 6 spacers and 6 allan screws. The clutch operation is again perferct.

If you are not an expert in R50 clutch matters, phone Mark. He will prevent you bying the wrong things !
