Qui peut me donner des conseils pour peindre les filets blancs sur garde-boue et réservoir ?

I hope that "filets" mean "pin stripes" in English, because here is a long answer about pin stripes:

Mark Huggett in Huggett Tips Forum on 18 Aug 1998.
The official pinstripe layout decided by ourselves together with BMW in Münich this spring is as follows:
Wide line: 5mm
Narrow line: 1,5mm
Distance between the two lines: 4mm

Roland Slabon in "How to Restore Your BMW Motorcycle".
The striping dimensions are:
Edge of fender to first stripe: 1/4"
Width of first stripe: 1/8"
Space between 1st and 2nd stripe: 5/32"
Width of 2nd stripe: 1/16"

(If you do the metric conversion, the numbers seem quite similar with the exception of the thickness of the thicker stripe. Slabon says 1/8 inch (.125 inch), however Huggett says 5 mm (.196 inch). That is quite a discrepancy.)

John Borella, Borella Enterprises, in /2 Group, 26 Apr 2003:
I've seen variations in size from bike to bike & from tank to fenders on the same bike. For 95% of the bikes I use the 3/16" & 1/16". On some of the very late /2s I have seen the 1/8" & 1/16" in which case I ask the customer which they prefer.

Bruce Frey in Vintage Group, 1 Apr 2002:
One of my prewar tanks had some residual stripes that I think were original. The sizes were:
Outer stripe 1.5 mm
Space 3.5 mm
Inner stripe 3.5 mm

Fred Jakob, BMW AG Historical Archives, Jan 2003:
Fenders of R25/3 -- The broad strip has approx 4.5 mm, the narrow approx 1.5 mm. The distance amounts to approx 2 mm. The distance from the edge of the fenders amounts to between 6 and 10 mm. Here it depended much on the woman employee, who drew the line, since the edge was used as a fixing assistance of the hand. I hope you to have hereby served.
