Tachometer Questions

I'm interested in a oil-pump driven /2 Tachometer. I realize the following parts are needed:

62 13 8 080 151 Post May 65 oil pump driven tach
62 13 8 080 156 flexible drive shaft
62 13 8 080 156 gearbox which is mounted over the oilpump

Is there anything else? Gaskets, Bolts, something to fasten it to the triple tree? How hard is it to install? What would the complete cost be?

While I'm at it, how much would a /2 triple tree cover plate, with new paint cost?

As always thank you for your prima service!

If you can find a copy of Roland Slabon's restoration book, on pages 183 and 184 there is a copy of a factory letter dated May 21, 1963 with the parts and instructions. If you have not seen this book, and think this letter might help, can make a copy of it and mail it to you.

Bob's BMW also carries a complete kit of replica parts. Their price is $695 US, and the kit includes the gear drive unit,
cable, tach, gaskets, bolts, etc.
