1954 R51/3 Original Delivery to BMW Dealer Mente, Hannover

Does anyone know about this dealership. My 54-R51/3 was originally shipped to the BMW Dealer Mente in Hannover. I'm in Vancouver, BC, and was wondering if there was a tourist delivery program, or maybe a German fellow moved to Canada, bringing along his bike...?
