What does part number 63 12 8 050 031 include? Is it complete less speedo, have ign. switch, generator/neutral lights, headlamp parts, etc? Is it already painted? I would love to replace mine, but need an idea of what is included. Thanks Mark!

Yes the headlamp is complete excluding dimmer switch on the cable and naturally the speedometer. It is already painted black.
