Output flange 23 21 1 1030297 Will this fit both 14 and 16 mm shafts?

I ruined the output shaft flange on my 1968 R-60...it has a tapered shaft with a key..and has the 14mm
round nut....all you show is one flange...will this fit both applications?..I can't find a 14mm flange anywhere..
