Horn & Indicator switch - R 25/3

Can anyone tell me what I need for the above. Do I have to change theclutch lever assembly
to the Magura type ?
At present, my bikes have Yamaha (!!!!) switch system installed which is integral with the handgrip and clutch lever.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Colin,

You require the complete Magura clutch armature assembly with the BMW parts number 32 72 2 072 112 which costs CHF 85.00. The part that holds the dimmer switch 61 31 8 048 162 is an intergrated part of the zinc casting which holds the clutch lever etc.

How is it fitted ? I can't find anything in the workshop manual. Any advice / pictures would help

Colin,

As mentioned before the switch fits onto/into an intergrated moulding of the zinc die-cast clutch lever armature on the handle bar.
It is locked in position by an AM4 x 6 filister head screw.
