Damper bolt for R69S

I have the damper and the disks, but I can't seem to find the special bolt... I tried a regular
end crank bolt but not only is it too short but it does not have the collar under the head of the
bolt to center the damper plate.
Any ideas where to find one?

Someone on the /2 List said you can have a machine shop make the damper bolt out of a stock allen head bolt. I doubted this because of that collar, but don't know enough to disagree. You could try a machine shop.
