Hi Bob,
I have recently bought a 12V altenator and ignition system from MZ-B.de for my R69S.
It fitted quite easily and worked beatifully from the first kick. Quality of the components is very good and the kit is very complete, with exellent parts list. Instructions supplied are in German so get the instructions in English off the website. Delivery was very quick.

I cannot speak for the company you refer to, however I have a very experienced friend who is fashioning a 12 volt system for R26 using /5 alternator parts. (USA)
