I am looking for R51 handlebars compleet L+R trottle etc.

Am new to biking and was shoping BMW's web site for a helmet. Noticed that they sell their System 4 helmet just about everywhere except the US. Anyone know why? Is it sold under another name in the US? Like/dislike comments from owners would be appreciated. Thanks, Steve
