, Price for a good R25/3

Post by gurkha »

What would be a good price for an R 25/3, new paint, rubber bits, fork and plunger springs, blitz carb and all the shiny bits rechromed. Can anyone give me an idea?

What was done to the cylinder? Is it an oversize piston in a rebored cylinder?
How does the transmission sound and shift? Are the electrics all good? Will the bike run 50 mph for an hour, day or night?

I would say $4500 to $6000, depending on how badly someone wanted it and a close inspection of the bike and its records, with a ride.
