Some publications state that there was a Bing carburetor as an alternate to the standard Amal carburetor on prewar R51 twins. Does anyone know what model this was? Picture or specs?
It might be a help Steve if you could quote a source for this information.
I have a whole library on pre- and post-war BMWs but can fin no reference to alternate Bing carburettors.
