DKW???

I am a US Air Force mechanic currently stationed in Turkey. I have been a motorcycle fool all my life and when I came here it got worse. I have already purchased 3 singles and recently stumbled upon a DKW, very similar looking to a BMW. I have some numbers from this bike and was wondering if you could give me any info on this bike and secondly if it would be worth getting. It is about 80% there. Frame number 48565012, motor number 48040713, it is an RT 250 H. Obviously numbers don't match, but if it is kind of rare and nostalgic, I'm interested. I can buy the whole thing for next to nothing but is it worth the effort? Can some BMW parts be used for this (cosmetic only)? Help!
