R75/6 engine, trans into a R50 frame

I am about to insatll an R75/6 engine and transmission in an R50. I plan to use the modern electrical system in the R50 headlight shell. I have both driveshafts and both swing arms. Will this work and what are the problems associated with it? Neither bike is what I would consider restorable. Thank you, Keith Cary
